01 / Situation
What was holding the business back
Before the build, the client sold a trading course through Kajabi and supported its community in Discord. The core education product had proven demand, but the customer experience ended largely at course access and community participation.
There were no integrated practice tools, interactive exercises or structured coaching journey. That limited how much value the entry-level product could deliver and left no clear system for moving the right members toward the client’s high-ticket mentorship.
The opportunity was not simply to replace Kajabi. It was to elevate the offer: create a more useful learning environment, increase engagement and build an intentional conversion path from course customer to mentorship client.
02 / Brief
What the system had to achieve
- Turn a course and Discord community into a differentiated member product.
- Add practical tools and exercises that help members apply what they learn.
- Create a visible progression from education into the high-ticket mentorship offer.
- Give the team systems for operating that expanded journey without relying on disconnected manual steps.
03 / Build
The operating layer Arbormind built
Arbormind mapped the complete member journey from both sides, then built a platform that connects the customer experience with the operating work required to deliver it.
04 / Change
What changed operationally
Members now have one personalised place to learn, practise, use specialist tools and see their progress.
The entry-level course has become a broader product experience designed to demonstrate more value before the mentorship decision.
The team has a structured route for identifying and moving suitable members toward high-ticket mentorship.
The stronger customer journey and expanded offer increased the value surrounding the mentorship, giving the client room to raise its price.
New programmes, tools and member tiers can be added to an existing foundation rather than creating another disconnected product.

Average revenue per transaction as the offer and mentorship pricing evolved
The platform improved both sides of the growth equation: more customers progressed through the offer, while the stronger mentorship proposition supported a higher price.
Results context: these are the client’s total business results from verified transaction records, comparing September 2024–May 2025 with the first 12 full months after the June–July 2025 launch. Marketing, sales, pricing and other activity also contributed to growth. The platform strengthened the offer, created the customer journey into mentorship and supported a higher mentorship price; the figures are not presented as revenue generated by the platform alone.
